North Wales to Join Teddies for Loving Care
“We already are well advanced in preparations of setting up in Ysbyty Gwynedd, Wrexham Maelor, and Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, the giving of A Teddy Bear (Known as the TLC Scheme = Teddy Loving Care) to every child under 7 who is admitted to any of those Hospitals. The Hospital gives the Bears to the children and we fund the venture. It has been extremely popular and successful in other Provinces and we are pleased to be proceeding. Can you think of anything better in the community than helping frightened and sick little children? I am sure that we all will contribute.”
